Legal Committee
The Legal Committee acts as AmCham’s legal advisory board by helping to form processes, rules, and regulations that pertain to policy and works in close cooperation with the Board of Directors, the Policy Committee, and the AmCham Team.
The committee also focuses on issues that affect the membership, such as intellectual property rights, establishing business operations, and international taxation and hosts themed events around those topics. The members of the Legal Committee regularly share their expertise at the How to Do Business in the US series, ROI Finland, and other programs that facilitate market access and enhance the international business environment.
