AmCham Finland's young professionals provide today's leaders with a snapshot of the future. Through its traditional mixer series and the new Advantage mentoring program, AmCham works towards creating professional development opportunities for the next generation of Finland's international business leaders.

The Young Professional's Advantage
The Young Professional Advantage Mentoring program offers our members a career development opportunity they could never get in any book or school. For our young professionals this access to C-level mentoring is something Finland has never seen before. It's the ultimate opportunity or young professionals and private sector leaders to shape Finland's future in a candid and neutral environment.

The Young Professionals Mixer Series
The Young Professionals Mixer Series provides a networking platform for young professionals to meet and get to know the Chamber’s member companies. By connecting AmCham with tomorrow’s decision-makers today, the series ensures that the Finnish-American business community will only continue to grow stronger in coming years. The Young Professionals Mixers are organized twice a year in February and October.
