Women's Network

Mission and goals

The AmCham Finland Women's Network is a high-level forum for women in business. The group is dedicated to identifying and addressing issues that are important to women in the business world, and encourages dialogue through consciousness-raising themed events. Perhaps most importantly, the forum offers businesswomen the opportunity to enjoy one another’s company and share ideas in an informal setting. Events include breakfast seminars, lectures and social gatherings that all aim to empower and strengthen the network of women within AmCham's community.

Message from Women’s Network Chair:

“The WN is about professional development and making business connections, but it is also about fun. There are a lot of professional women at AmCham, and I think we all struggle to balance work and free time; businesswomen have very demanding lives. So, one of my key initiatives is to facilitate a space for businesswomen to relax and have a good time. We have been able to bring in really great speakers and hold high-quality events that have brought in leaders of other prominent women’s networks. I hope that will continue to be the case. My vision for the future is to maintain this high quality and increase the quantity of women in the network.”
